I have worked in the IT sector for my entire professional career. Firstly, I worked at Fujitsu, and then I was running Panda Security Global Marketing for 11 years. In those days, I first encountered Salesforce (in 2008!), in the role of business user leading the Salesforce implementation at Panda.
In 2015, I joined Fernando and the other partners to set up Cloud Coachers. Since then, I am only involved in the Salesforce world. I am an official instructor and have several Salesforce certifications. I specialize in Marketing Cloud and Pardot and exploiting the capabilities of these tools together with the Salesforce CRM to take performance to the highest levels.
On a personal level, I admit that I am a nerd: I love reading and watching Science Fiction and Fantasy series, and I have a special involvement with the Spanish Tolkien Society. If we ever meet for a beer, I’ll tell you more about it ;D
